Wonderful overall experience. Gorgeous hip new hotel in magnificent and wonderful location next to the railway. Modern & practical unit with bathtub, free movies and great lighting. Early check-in, parking next to the venue. Late check out.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a pleasant stay. Room was silent and modern, the place itself was modern. The breakfast was hot, they make good choice of meals

We liked reasonably large and practical room with bathtub. Its location was excellent, surprised by the choice of branding which seemed more appropriate for a different type of establishment, and in a very nice area.

It had wonderful location with access to Europa Allee nearby.

Fast check-in, parking next to the hotel. Excellent room with movies, bathtub, a minibar. Delicious food, satisfactory breakfast. Superbly friendly staff with smiles.

The property was comfortable and we had a great stay. The breakfasts were good, always with a lot of meals. The location was marvellous as it was close to a concert hall and restaurants. The hotel was set in a new area.

Loved the chill vibe, free drinks, and awesome TV system. Great flexibility around check out. The mood lighting was whacky and charming.

Felt more than at home, nothing too much trouble.

So much - everything, wow! Brand new totally modern hotel, smartly designed, hi tech facility, wall tO wall dual lcd screen, one for tv and one for computer/Internet/video watching. There is a wireless keyboard to use with the computer and allows you to do everything you want! Bed is the utmost in comfort, king size, very soft pillows, just wow! Bathroom latest in modern design, all so clean, room fully white, gives feeling of openness and space. Breakfast, oh my! All fresh, top choice of ingredients, and great service with a smile. The staff, so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, smiling and always welcoming. Bravo to the team who established this hotel and are running it!

The train can get a little noisy especially if you are having conference calls...

The hotel is clean and has a high tech facilities

Hotel staff services are so poor rude : no luggage guy or stroller for luggage even if you arrive at med night and you are a family no one will help. - Despite the existence of two car park places in the hotel parking place they do not allow you to park your car inside ,as the guy in the reception told us there is no free parking. only few hotel parking, the gate hang some times. - you have to use the room key for the lift otherwise you will not be able to use it. location : Very bad place for tourists( non-existent services) , very dead place for tourism the worst place and staff i ever deal with

During my recent business trip to Frankfurt am Main, I had the pleasure of staying at Dormero Hotel Frankfurt. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice.

When room is located on the road/rail side, you could hear traffic.

The beds and room were excellent, very comfortable.

Internet was problematic but staff very helpful

The hotel offered spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and a welcoming atmosphere. The large flatscreen TV and free recently released movies were a great addition. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of food options available during breakfast.

Our stay at Dormero Hotel Frankfurt felt incredibly comfortable, with no reason to complain.
